Online High School in Ukraine: Grades 10–11 and NMT Preparation
Senior school is often the stage at which an online format becomes a considered choice rather than an emergency alternative. Pupils in Grades 10–11 usually have more independence than younger children, while their time is increasingly shaped by future study and the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT).
What changes in senior school
An older pupil often needs less day-to-day help from an adult. A different need becomes central: spending enough time on the subjects that matter for the next step while still completing the school programme.
Online study can help by reducing travel time and making it easier to plan work around training, music, a job or life abroad. It does not raise NMT results by itself. Progress still comes from sustained work; the format only creates a different structure for that work.
Profile study
Dzherelo’s current Ukrainian navigation lists profile directions including IT, business/economics, physics and mathematics, natural sciences, and social sciences and humanities. A profile is not a replacement for the general programme. It is a deeper focus on selected subjects alongside the rest of school learning.
The current Student Profile description includes weekly intensive online lessons in profile subjects, NMT preparation in those subjects, groups of up to 10 pupils, and two online lessons per month in other subjects. Confirm the current list of profiles and the exact subject content before enrolment.
Preparing for the NMT
The NMT is part of the Ukrainian university-admission pathway. A family should confirm the current rules, subject requirements, registration dates and available test locations from official information each year.
An online high-school routine can make NMT preparation easier to organise when it protects time for focused work. It may be particularly useful for a pupil living abroad, training seriously or following an individual timetable. But a realistic plan still needs regular practice, feedback and a clear understanding of the target university’s requirements.

- Which live lessons are included in the selected format?
- What NMT preparation is included, and what is offered separately?
- How does the timetable work for a Grade 11 pupil?
- Where can a pupil and parent see progress and pending work?
