School Documents

This page is the document archive for Dzherelo Online School. Use it to find current official documents, agreements and administrative information.

Before using a document

Always check the academic year and publication date. An agreement or form from a previous year may no longer apply.

For questions about enrolment documents, agreements or school records, contact the admissions office rather than relying on an older post.

Current document categories
