Enrolment is organised in stages so that the school can confirm the child’s documents, grade and study format before learning begins. Families can start the process remotely if they cannot visit the school office.
Five steps to enrolment
1. Contact the admissions office
Contact the school office to receive the current list of required documents and a scanned request certificate. If you have already registered or arranged demo access, let the team know so that they can find your details more quickly.
2. Prepare the document package
After receiving the request certificate from Dzherelo, collect the pupil’s school record from the previous school. Prepare the remaining documents from the list provided by the admissions office.
Document requirements can differ by grade and by a child’s previous educational situation. Families applying from abroad should ask about any additional clarification needed for documents issued outside Ukraine.
3. Send or deliver the documents
Send the documents by Nova Poshta or bring them to the school office in Kyiv. Once the package has been received, the admissions office will notify the family.
4. Complete registration in the system
The admissions office checks the documents and registration information. After successful verification, the family receives access details for the parent account and the student account.
5. Sign the agreement and begin learning
Log in to the parent account and sign the agreement with the school to complete enrolment. Pay for the selected services as set out in the agreement, then the pupil can begin studying.
Can I enrol remotely?
Yes. When a family cannot visit the office, the admissions office can work with them remotely. Contact the team before sending documents so that the correct procedure can be confirmed for your situation.
Do you accept pupils in every grade?
Dzherelo operates all grades from 1 to 11:
- primary school: Grades 1–4;
- lower secondary school: Grades 5–9;
- senior school: Grades 10–11.
Are licences and education documents available to check?
Dzherelo holds perpetual licences for educational activity. After completing each stage of education, pupils receive the corresponding document of education. For details, contact the admissions office.
Are there discounts?
Annual-payment and documentary discounts are available for eligible families. Confirm conditions, required supporting documents and current availability with the admissions office before an agreement is signed.
What happens after I apply?
The team checks the child’s previous education documents, clarifies the selected format and explains the next administrative steps. A family does not need to guess which package is appropriate: share the child’s grade, current school situation and location, and ask for the current options.
